You can upload photos showing what you were unhappy with during the cleaning and add a description. We will endeavor to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

We accept complaints about the quality of cleaning within 3 days of its completion.

Give us a review after cleaning in your personal account. If the rating is low, we will contact you within one working day to find a solution to the problem. If you rate the quality of the cleaner's work highly, this will affect their pay. The cleaner also appears in the list of available cleaners when ordering the next cleaning job.

We rarely use this term. All of our cleaning services are complete - a general cleaning can be considered a regular cleaning service plus a large number of extras. If you need to clean an apartment that has not been inhabited for several years or where something has happened, this is a service whose details must be negotiated personally. This will likely be considered hourly wage work at a rate of €22/hour.

You can process your order before and during cleaning. You can do this through your personal account or through Messenger. If you specified payment by card, the money will only be debited after the cleaning, so you don't have to pay anything extra before the cleaning. You can add and remove options from your cleaning job. Our staff will see the changes and the total amount will be debited after cleaning.

Yes, dry cleaning is carried out by separate professionals, so you can order dry cleaning of furniture separately or together with a cleaning service. This has no impact on the overall duration of the cleaning job.

If you place your cleaning order via the website, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation contains links to pay, edit or cancel the cleaning order. You can cancel your order yourself up to 12 working hours in advance. This does not apply overnight if you have emailed or texted us outside of office hours.

You can order the cleaning service online or via social media. If you place your cleaning order online, you can pay for it immediately by card. If you place a cleaning order via Messenger and want to pay by card, let our manager know and you will receive a payment link on your phone/email/messenger.

Promo codes can only be entered when ordering cleaning services on our website. Once you have entered the cleaning parameters and your contact details, a window with a “promo code” will appear. After you use your promo code, the price will change immediately.

You will receive a discount for regular cleaning services. The discount is 15 percent for a weekly cleaning, 10 percent for a fortnightly cleaning and 5 percent for a monthly cleaning. We publish additional promo codes on our social networks. You can also see discounts for specific dates in the calendar on our website.

You can order a cleaning service on the day you need it -  we can arrive as early as two or three hours after you order. You can also order a cleaning service in advance. If you book your cleaning a month in advance, that's no problem either. We will be there at that time and you will receive a reminder SMS the day before.

You have the option to select the "Start cleaning at any time" option on the website (we will let you know when the cleaner arrives) or the option "check the day before" (we will contact you and decide when the cleaning starts).

We wash the windows on both sides, with frames and window sills. A window consists of two sashes not reaching the floor, or part of the French window. The door to the balcony counts as a window. Double windows count as two windows. In winter we only wash the inside of the windows - the price of window cleaning is reduced during this period.

We offer cleaning services for all types of kitchens, appliances and furniture cleaning inside and out. We clean the refrigerator, the microwave, the oven, the extractor hood. We take everything out of the cupboards and clean them inside and out. We clean floors, window sills, furniture, skirting boards, doors, remove rubbish and tidy up. You can order cleaning of the kitchen separately - without ordering cleaning of the entire apartment. We will be doing a four hour cleaning in the kitchen.

We have powerful vacuum cleaners, but only the cleaners who drive private cars have them. So if you need such a vacuum cleaner for cleaning, let us know in advance and we will try to find a free appointment.

We rarely use the term "general cleaning". All of our cleaning services are full service, general cleaning plus a wide range of additional services. If you need to clean an apartment that has not yet been cleaned, has not been lived in for a long time or something has happened in it, this should be discussed in person. In this case, the cleaning will probably be counted as an hourly wage of €25.90/hour.

Washing tiles is part of every standard cleaning service. We will wash the tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. If we need to clean the joints between the tiles - you must let us know before placing a cleaning order. This is an additional service to cleaning and must be paid separately.

A bathroom and a toilet are considered one bathroom. A shower cubicle is not counted and does not have to be paid for separately. Even if the bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms, they count as one bathroom. If you have two bathrooms or two toilets, this counts as two plumbing fixtures.

We have a separate page on our website with pictures showing how we count windows. A window consists of either two sashes not reaching the floor or a section from the ceiling to the floor. We count double windows as two windows. The balcony door counts as a window.

If you have renovated your apartment and now have two rooms instead of one - you can list your apartment as a one-room apartment. A kitchen-living room is considered one room and one kitchen extension. The bedroom and the kitchen-living room are considered two rooms and an attached kitchen. 

Wie funktioniert das? Where do I have to indicate that the kitchen and hallways need to be cleaned?

This does not need to be stated separately. The kitchen and the entire intermediate space are included in the basic cleaning.

Just like with windows. We count the wings. If you have 8 window sashes that don't reach the floor, that's 4 windows. If you have 4 casements from ceiling to floor, that's 4 windows. As with windows - 2 sashes that do not reach the floor are a window. A floor-to-ceiling window is also a window.

You can select a specific cleaner when you order a cleaning through the website. You will see a list of cleaners that you have previously hired and who have received a positive review. If the cleaner is not on the list, it means that he is not available on the selected day.

You will see the cleaner's name and phone number in your personal account on the day of the job. You can also send us a message if you have any questions about cleaning.

We use professional cleaning products. They are hypoallergenic and safe for children and pets. Each cleaner has the 4-6 cleaning products they need for cleaning.

As a rule, we do not wash ceilings and chandeliers because our cleaners do not have the opportunity to bring ladders. In individual cases and for an additional charge, we can also clean hard-to-reach areas if you have a ladder.

We can discuss all apartment cleaning tasks individually. To do this, you must contact us via messenger. We have a fixed hourly rate.

We do not wash blinds during window cleaning or regular cleaning. A fixed hourly rate applies to cleaning blinds.

You can pay in cash or by card. You can view a list of your cleanings and payments in your personal account. 

You can pay for cleaning as a legal entity. We prepare the necessary documents and issue an invoice.

No, because the service is provided by a natural person. If you need a VAT invoice, order cleaning as a legal entity.

We have a public contract that can be viewed at any time on the website. You agree to this agreement when you place your cleaning order. 

Wie funktioniert das? How will my card be charged?

We will block the cleaning fee on your card before cleaning. If you cancel the order, the money will be released immediately. The final cleaning fee will be deducted upon completion of the cleaning. If you have deleted or added some options, you do not need to take any further action as the final cleaning amount will be deducted from the card after cleaning. 

If you link your card or multiple cards in your personal account, you will not have to re-enter your details for each order. Once the cleaning job is completed, payment will be automatically debited.

We have fixed prices. But we calculate our prices based on the scope of services and the time spent on them. We have fixed prices for certain services, service packages and cleaning staff working hours. Washing the oven, for example, always costs €22 (that's the basic price without discount) - even if it takes an hour and a half. The cost of cleaning a one-room apartment is calculated based on three hours of work. If the cleaning of your apartment takes six hours, we can ask you if you should pay 1-2 hours more, informing you in advance and agreeing this with you. 

When ordering a cleaning service via the website, the approximate cleaning duration is displayed on the right. If we need 40 minutes longer, the price will not change. If more, we will inform you immediately and at the start of the cleaning that the price may change. The additional time costs €25.90/hour (base price without your discount). If we are responsible for delays in cleaning, you will not pay anything extra.

In 99% of cases, the price of cleaning will be the same.

You can cancel your order yourself up to 12 hours before the cleaning begins. If you have less time before your cleaning job begins, send us a message. 

You can easily edit and cancel your cleaning order in your personal account. You will also find a list of your future cleanings if you have a subscription. The cleaning date and time can be changed. 

 

Wie funktioniert das? What should I do if I have a subscription but need to postpone my cleaning?

For example, you have subscribed to a monthly cleaning, but the next one needs to be done in 35 days - don't worry, the price does not change, the discount remains.  The link to edit your cleaning order is in your personal account, in your letter and in the SMS that you receive 1-2 days before the next expected cleaning date. You can also change the cleaning frequency yourself, add certain options to your next cleaning order, or order dry cleaning along with cleaning.
