CleanWhale operates in Belarus, Ukraine and Latvia. The first office was opened in Minsk in 2016.We carry out apartment cleaning, cleaning after renovation, office cleaning and catering for public events.

How to join
Frequently asked questions
What is a cleaning subscription?
If you need regular cleaning, you can select the frequency when ordering. For example, every two weeks. Once a cleaning job is completed, we will automatically create another one for the same time in fourteen days, with the same cleaner (assuming you have rated the cleaning a 5).
Is it possible to choose a cleaner?
Yes, we assume that the same person will always come to your cleanings. After the first cleaning job and a positive rating, the cleaner is automatically assigned to the next cleaning job.
Is it possible to change the cleaning dates?
Yes, all dates and times are flexible. You will receive a confirmation SMS and a link to edit the date, time and cleaning options.
How do I pay for my subscription?
There is no prepayment . You pay by card or cash when the cleaning is finished.
Can I try a subscription and cancel immediately?
We don't enter into long-term contracts - just one for each individual cleaning. This allows subscriptions to be canceled and renewed quickly.
How do I cancel or suspend my subscription?
You may miss one or more cleanings - simply cancel or reschedule your next cleaning order in your personal account on the website or via the link in SMS/email.
