What do I have to do if I want to change my cleaning order?
You can process your order before and during cleaning. You can do this through your personal account or through Messenger. If you specified payment by card, the money will only be debited after the cleaning, so you don't have to pay anything extra before the cleaning. You can add and remove options from your cleaning job. Our staff will see the changes and the total amount will be deducted after cleaning.
Tip
We welcome tips for our staff. You can leave this with a card or in cash. The entire amount of money remains with the specific cleaner you want to thank.
How can I get a discount?
You will receive a discount for regular cleaning services. The discount is 15 percent for a weekly cleaning, 10 percent for a fortnightly cleaning and 5 percent for a monthly cleaning. We publish additional promo codes on our social networks. You can also see discounts for specific dates in the calendar on our website.

How can I make changes to my cleaning order?
